Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour ENSŌ Blended Whisky into the glass. Add 2 cl lime juice and 1 cl yuzu syrup, and top with 10 cl ginger beer. Stir the drink gently to mix the ingredients and garnish with fresh mint.

Combine ENSŌ Whisky, coconut milk, orange juice, and passion fruit syrup in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously until the mix is well chilled. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass. Attach a small piece of nori seaweed sheet to the glass rim or place it on top of the drink.

If using egg white, shake first without ice (dry shake), then add ice and shake again. Strain the cocktail through a bar strainer into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
