3 cl Yuzu juice (Asian market)
2 cl Sugar syrup
5 drops Fee Foam
Preparation:
Place all ingredients except ice in a shaker and shake vigorously (dry shake). Add ice and shake again. Strain into a tumbler with fresh ice. Garnish with lemon zest or a slice of yuzu.

1 tsp matcha powder
1 cl honey syrup
Preparation:
Stir the matcha powder into a little warm water until smooth. Pour the whiskey and honey syrup into a highball glass with ice. Add the matcha mixture and top up with oat milk. Stir gently and garnish with matcha powder.
